Field **Application Engineer
**

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt technical support and device solution design to customers, assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of any product related issues.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and deliver training sessions, helping customers understand and adopt the company’s offerings effectively.
• Guide customers in the selection of the appropriate device solution.
• Deliver hands-on training to customers experiencing technical challenges.
• Gather customer feedback and requirements, relaying these to internal teams; work closely with R&D to enhance product design and performance.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to support strategic product development.
• Conduct product evaluations, analyse performance data, and present detailed technical reports to customers.
• Support the development of application platforms, including requirements analysis, architecture design, software development, and testing.
• Assist customers in designing application solutions that align with their technical and commercial needs.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in microelectronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a closely related science and engineering field.
• Strong foundation in power electronics and familiarity with high-power semiconductor applications.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
• Physically and mentally resilient, self-motivated, and able to manage work pressure; open to business travel.
